Eating large amounts of protein rich foods because it gives a constant supply of amino acids that keeps the metabolism fired up as well, but be careful not to add extra fat and grease to your diet while consuming protein.
Proper exercise is very helpful in your weight loss program as you know. If you are unable to dedicate a large amount of time to an exercise plan, try to walk some places that you may normally drive.
