Many people have professed that herbs have cured a great deal of their ailments. For an herbal natural remedy for anxiety, there are, fortunately, a lot of herbs to choose from. If your allergic to one, there are others to choose from. Valerian is an herb that has very strong sedative affects. Chamomile is a calmer one, but works very well. With chamomile, some people can have allergic reaction, if they are allergic to a lot of pollen, so be careful. Catnip is a very universal herb that has sedative properties. While each of these herbs also treat other things, they are found to be some of the best sedatives.
If you don’t want to or can’t afford either of these options, there is a free or virtually free natural remedy for anxiety. Exercise has been shown to help a significant amount in the mental health of humans. Those that exercise regularly are a lot happier people, physically and mentally. Yoga has been shown to reduce stress and calm people for longer than they are doing the exercise. There are free videos online that you could follow along.
