Eat large amount of protein rich foods because it gives a constant supply of amino acids that keeps the metabolism fired up.

Proper exercise is very helpful in your weight loss program. Walking is known to be the great exercises perform in your weight loss plan. It is said to burn large proportion of your calories. You can have walking even just for 5-10 minutes a day. You can also do some aerobics, running even just for 7 minutes, biking because they help burn all your extra calories.

 

After having your exercises, wait for 30 minutes before you eat because if you do eating right after your exercises your glucose will rise up.
