I know you are probably thinking why worry about Valentines Day gifts for her this early. I mean, it's not even Christmas yet and already with the expensive valentines day gifts.
Well, the gifts don't really have to be expensive and believe it or not it really is the thought that counts for most girls. That is not to say that you can get a junky gift and get away with it though.
While there may be some women that really like all of the expensive gifts and super sophisticated date plans, most would like just to be thought of on this special lovers day.
But don't I have to get my girl expensive jewelry?
You may have to get her jewelry, but it does not have to be expensive. Many online retailers offer really nice heart-shaped pendants and other nice trinkets for her for less than fifty dollars which let's face it, is pretty cheap.
Or how about some valentines day chocolates for her?
Similar to the jewelry I mentioned, you can get some cool gift baskets or boxes of assorted chocolates and candies for your valentines sweetheart for less than you think, and she will be completely greatful if you do, trust me!
I don't have any money!
If you are on a bit of a budget though, you can always use your imagination and do something kind of cool like a romantic coupon book. Not only will she love that you came up with a great idea, but you will save a few bucks.
You can just open up your favorite greeting card program on your computer and create something simple and great looking for her. If you have some artistic skills you can draw your cards and draw on the whole artist thing that girls love.
What kinds of coupons should I make?
Anything that she will like and that she deserves. Maybe you can make a lovers coupon for a breakfast in bed and a home massage if you like. Of course you will want to give that massage, so make sure you aren't terrible at giving them.
If you aren't totally broke though your girl will love a night out on the town. Maybe a nice romantic dinner and a date (not a loud sports bar) and at the end of the night she can trade in her coupon that you made for her earlier and you guys decide the rest!
No matter what though. When you are deciding on Valentines Day gifts for her, just make sure that what you choose is from your heart. Girls know when you get something lame and last minute, so put some thought into it and have a great Valentines Day this year.
