The human body is not capable of breathing deeply and having an anxiety attack at the same time! You can only be doing one of those things at any one time, so if you are exercising you may not feel great, but you will not be having a panic attack for long.

 

Oxygen makes you calm down, and if you are huffing and puffing you’ll be getting plenty, so don’t be afraid to move around a little. I know it’s rough at first, but you will have less overall anxiety and you can decrease the severity of an anxiety attack with some simple exercise.
