Carpet Cleaning Reno NV | All Out Complete Carpet Care

If the carpet in your home is looking particularly nasty these days, it may be time to call in the local carpet cleaner again to get rid of the pet stains, grime and kid stains on your floor. But which method should you choose? There are actually a few different types of cleaning methods available to you depending on your needs, so choosing the right one will of course be a benefit to you.

Bonnet Cleaning: – This type of carpet cleaning is pretty simple, but not the most effective of your choices. It is very simply a method of using very little moisture and lots of aggravation to stimulate the dirt in the carpet to loosen up. Once this happens, it can be swept up with a vacuum and cleaned. While this is not the best method, it will definitely do in a pinch.

This method also means that there is less of a chance for mildew and mold to develop which is always good.

Dry Extraction: Well, it’s not completely dry but it does use less solution than a steam cleaning will. The water is usually heated up and the scrubbing action helps to create cleaning bubbles that serve to loosen up any dirt and debris on the carpet. Once this is done, the dirt is usually taken care of with a vacuum and you are all set with your carpet looking much better than previously.

Hot Water Extraction: This is the method of carpet cleaning that you are likely familiar with. The carpet cleaning professional will apply a cleaning solution with water onto the carpet, which will then get extracted through their high-pressure vacuum. The result is the cleanest of the methods, but it can leave the carpet damp for a few hours following the cleaning. As long as you have somewhere to go after the appointment though, it shouldn’t be a problem for you to have this method done.

Remember. The carpet in your home is a big investment, and keeping it clean can keep it looking lively and clean for upwards of 15 years in many cases. When you need those high-traffic areas scrubbed by the professionals, don’t hesitate to get on the phone or the internet and make that appointment sooner rather than later.
